Step 1: Complete and submit Online Application
Step 2: Complete any additional application materials as directed by the Sending & Recruiting Team.
Step 3: You may be required to have a staff interview depending on the region you are sent from. We will schedule a Staff Interview in your area if you haven’t already had one at a CCC conference.
Step 4: All Application materials must be received by April 1 for Summer training and November 1 for Winter training.
Step 5: You will be called for a phone interview to follow up on information received in both your initial interview and application.
Step 6: Once approved, you will receive a Pre-Acceptance decision within 3-6 weeks from the date that we received your completed application materials, (this includes all of the completed references, the elaboration form and interview forms if they are required by your sending region).
Step 7: If you receive a Pre-Acceptance to staff, a Background Check will be performed.
Step 8: Upon completion of the Background Check, you will receive your Final Acceptance decision.
Step 9: We will send you information on New Staff Training, Ministry Partner Development, and your staff account number.
Step 10: Attend New Staff Training. (Held in January/February and June/July.) Please note that these trainings are 5-6 weeks long.
