Application Process
Here you’ll find the basic overview of the application process. While much of the work is accomplished by forms, it is anything but impersonal. Some of the finest Christian leaders serve on our staff and are committed to your growth and development. A small team of Sending Associates will be intimately familiar with the specifics of your application and will work diligently to make an acceptance decision and offer feedback tailored specifically to where you are in your journey with the Lord.

The application deadlines for New Staff requesting a placement in the US (those joining us for the first time) are:
- January 2010 New Staff Training – November 1
- Summer 2010 Training – April 1
The application deadlines if you are requesting an assignment as International Campus Staff (ICS) are:
- Winter (January/February) New Staff Training–October 15
- Summer (June/July) New Staff Training–March 15
The application deadline if you are currently serving on an International STINT (requesting either US or ICS Placement) is:
- Fall (September) MPD Training–June 1
All application materials, including references, must be submitted by these dates.
If you’ve served as a US Campus Intern, you’ll probably attend the Summer New Staff Training. Please check with your regional leadership if you are unsure which New Staff Training you should choose. If you have completed a STINT or Internship within the last 12 months, you may use a streamlined version of the application that will be used in conjunction with your STINT or Intern application materials.
